Designing Complex Canes

Drawing on inspiration of your choosing, (a painting, a piece of fabric, a flower or any 3 or 4 color combination that thrills you), you’ll create blocks of Skinner blends that capture the spirit of your muse.

From these, we will design and build a cane that incorporates elementary principals of  3-D design. The end result will be a complex cane with potential to create a wide variety of patterns. Finally, we’ll dip into that potential to make several focal beads each with a different look.
